Reservation Information

When you're ready to make a reservation at Becker's Lodge Bowron Lake Adventures Resort on Bowron Lake near Wells, BC, you can reserve accommodations (cabins and chalets), canoes, kayaks, canoe and kayak carts, and packages by calling our reservations office at 1-250-992-8864 or 1-800-808-4761 or by using our online reservation request form.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Becker's Lodge is near Wells, BC, not Jasper, Alberta

Cabins in our Group Camp (Scout Village) area may be reserved but we do not take reservations for camping or RV sites. For same-day reservations from May to September, try calling Becker's Lodge directly or just drop in.

If you're not ready to reserve yet and just checking availability while planning your trip, please call our reservations office or send us an email. Please use our online reservation form to make reservations only. From mid-May to the end of September, it is often faster to get information by email than telephone as our phone lines can get very busy when the lodge is open. Emails are also checked and replied to at least once daily after hours and on weekends.

Please double-check your email address before submitting your online request. We send reservation confirmations to the email address you provide. If you use a spam-blocker, please ensure your email program will accept mail with attachments from info@beckerslodge.ca or you may not receive your confirmation.

Our reservation booking form is on a secure server but if you still choose not to include your credit card details, please call our reservations office after submitting your form to provide your VISA or Mastercard information. Your reservation is not complete until your credit card deposit has been approved. Please, for your own safety, DO NOT email your credit card number and expiry date.

Deposits and Final Payments

If everything you request is available, your credit card deposit will be processed the same day your request is received. After your deposit has been received, you'll receive a reservation confirmation by email, usually within about 2 - 3 business days (sometimes longer during July and August). As long as a credit card payment has processed ("Becker's Reservations" on your statement), your request has been approved and you should receive a confirmation soon.

Deposits for Individuals/Groups consisting of family & friends:

Accommodations & Packages:
Full payment plus GST* and either PST** (packages) or Room Tax*** (accommodations only)

Canoes/Kayaks without cabin accommodations
$50.00 per canoe or kayak

Carts with canoe/kayak reservation - $25.00 per cart

Carts only - Full payment plus GST* and PST**
(Sorry, no refunds when only carts reserved)

Scout Troops/School Groups/Other Non-Profit Youth Groups:
Minimum 50% at time of booking, final payment at the lodge

Travel Agents
Minimum 50% at time of booking, final payment no later than six weeks prior to guests arrival

Cancellation Refunds and Change Fees

When cancellation requests are received prior to June 1st, all deposits paid will be refunded except for a cancellation fee of: $50.00 for reservations of canoes, kayaks, carts, and equipment only; or $50.00 per cabin, per night for reservations that include cabin accommodations. Deposits paid on reservations of carts only are non-refundable.

After June 1st, all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. You may change your reservation to other dates within the same season, based on availability.

A change fee of $20.00 will be applied when reservation changes are requested.
