Things to do

Stay a few days and enjoy a hike in the surrounding mountains, spend a day in Barkerville Historic Town or Wells (only 20 min. from Beckers Lodge) or relax around the Lodge. Swim in Bowron Lake or sunbathe on the beach. Take a leisurely walk to Kibbee Lake, try your luck at fishing or do some hands-on gold panning at a local claim. You can also rent a canoe and go paddling for the day. You can paddle down the Bowron River or go to the Cariboo or Mitchell Rivers for a day of fishing. We'll take care of the arrangements at the lodge.
