Reservations

Changes

If you need to change your reservation after you've completed it, we'll happily make changes and send you a revised reservation confirmation but we do charge a change fee of $20.00 each time. The fee will be charged to the same credit card that was used to make the reservation.

If you're adding more canoes, kayaks, or accommodations to your reservation we'll waive this change fee.

Cancellations

If you've already made a reservation with us and need to cancel it, just call or email our reservations office to let us know and find out if you're eligible for a partial refund.

When cancellation requests are received by June 30th, all deposits paid will be refunded in full except for a cancellation fee of $50.00.

As of July 1st, all deposits are non-refundable. You may be able to change your reservation to other dates within the same season, based on availability, IF you notify us PRIOR to your arrival date. A $20.00 change fee will be charged.
